Return and Refund Policy

At BabitaMART, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1️⃣ Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

📌 Return requests must be made within 24–48 hours of delivery.
📌 An unboxing video and clear product photos are required for verification.

2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original tags/packaging
  • Personal care or hygiene items (if opened)
  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or defective)

3️⃣ Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within the allowed timeframe.
  2. Share your Order ID, issue details, and required photos/video.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange pickup (if available) or provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4️⃣ Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after product inspection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

5️⃣ Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

6️⃣ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.

7️⃣ Important Notes

  • BabitaMART reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet policy conditions.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) may be non-refundable.
  • Customers must ensure correct address and contact details while placing orders.
