1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Perishable goods (if applicable)
Personal care or hygiene products
Items marked as Final Sale / Non-Returnable
Gift cards or digital products
2. Reasons for Return Accepted
Returns will be accepted in the following cases:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged or defective product received
Product significantly different from the description
Missing items or accessories
Note: Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact BabitaMART Customer Support within 7 days of delivery.
Share your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos/videos (if damaged or incorrect item).
Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on the return shipping process.
4. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement Policy
Replacement requests are subject to product availability.
If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return.
7. Quality Check & Approval
BabitaMART reserves the right to:
Inspect returned items before approving a refund or replacement
Reject returns that do not meet policy conditions
