Payment Policy

At BabitaMART, we aim to provide a smooth and secure payment experience for all our customers. Please read our payment policy carefully before placing an order.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (if applicable)

All online payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.

2️⃣ Payment Confirmation

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • For bank transfers, please share the payment screenshot or transaction ID for faster verification.
  • If payment fails but amount is deducted, it will be refunded automatically by your bank within 3–7 working days.

3️⃣ Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for selected locations.
  • BabitaMART reserves the right to confirm COD orders via call or message.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in cancellation of COD option for the customer.

4️⃣ Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices listed are in INR (₹).
  • Prices may include or exclude GST depending on product type.
  • BabitaMART reserves the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

5️⃣ Order Cancellation (Payment Related)

  • Paid orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

6️⃣ Fraud Prevention

BabitaMART reserves the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions.
  • Request additional identity verification if required.
  • Block users involved in payment abuse or fraud attempts.
